We launched our own recipe of hot chocolate in December 2006. By the end of the month, we sold 50 pounds by word of mouth alone. Now we know how good it is and are offering it to our internet customers. Take the advice of the locals in Telluride who have told us time and again. This is the best drinking chocolate on the market.
Available in one pound bags in two flavors. Choose our traditional blend of dark and milk chocolate, not too sweet and not too bitter. Or our new Ancho Chile flavor which consists of a darker chocolate with a light addition of Ancho Chile and a touch of cinnamon.

I am so addicted to this hot chocolate. I’ve been drinking it for about two years now. I actually don’t follow the directions, rather I put about a tablespoon in 12 oz of milk and microwave it. It’s so delicious, so chocolaty, the last few drinks are liquid chocolate and I love it! I also have mixed this with hot water (equal parts chocolate and water) and it makes a fun drizzle for ice cream. It’s hardens some ( a bit like a shell) and tastes so much better than any chocolate sauce I’ve tried. My daughter just eats it straight out of the bag and refers to it as “diamond chocolate”!
